From Poverty to Prosperity
Everyone deserves access to the opportunity to remove themselves from poverty and provide for their family and children.
At the very heart of our organisation is a concern for the vulnerable children of families who are trapped in poverty; from this stems our mission to help their parents, or carers, empower and remove themselves from poverty. They can then provide access the education and healthcare that every child deserves.
Our programmes generate lasting and sustainable improvements to the lives of impoverished and disadvantaged individuals; people who are just like you and I, but were born, by chance, into a life of poverty.
We use tried-and-tested methods of poverty relief (such as the Nobel-prize winning concept of Microfinance, the development of Village Banks, Skills Training, and assisting locals in Production and Training). In any community in which we begin working we first meet with village leaders, elders, members of the community and village chiefs, to understand exactly what is needed within their community. After all, they know best.
